Given a finite group [Formula: see text], we denote by [Formula: see text] the sum of element orders of [Formula: see text]. In this paper, we determine finite groups [Formula: see text] such that [Formula: see text] divides [Formula: see text] for all subgroups [Formula: see text]. Two weaker conditions are also proposed.
