The development of corporate forms of management in oil production and oil refining is impossible without the introduction of the latest technical and technological developments that increase the efficiency of production that deepen the processes of processing and further use of oil products, which is currently imposed by the high wear of fixed assets; low level of loading of production capacities; the lack of incentives for the introduction of innovation and the use of NTP achievements, etc. In order to ensure the further innovative development of corporate forms of management in oil production and oil refining, it is necessary to develop a system of stimulation of it, which allows the use of earned funds, both to promote employees and to finance measures that ensure innovative development.
