Technology integration in mathematics education has expanded significantly over the past two decades, reshaping instructional practices and learners’ experiences in diverse educational contexts. This study presents a meta-synthesis of empirical and theoretical research on the impact trajectory of technology integration in mathematics education from 2000 to 2025, with a focus on pedagogical patterns and learning outcomes. Using a systematic review approach, dominant themes identified include digital tools for conceptual understanding, technology-enhanced student engagement, blended and online pedagogical models, assessment and feedback innovations, and teacher professional development for technology use. The findings indicate that technology integration has generally enhanced students’ mathematical understanding, engagement, and achievement by supporting visualization, interactivity, collaborative learning, and individualized instruction. However, the magnitude of these effects is strongly influenced by contextual factors such as teachers’ technological–pedagogical competence, access to digital infrastructure, curriculum alignment, and institutional support. The study underscores that technology alone does not guarantee improved learning outcomes; rather, its effectiveness depends on purposeful pedagogical integration and supportive systemic conditions. Recommendations emphasize sustained teacher training, curriculum redesign, and equitable access to digital resources to optimize the long-term impact of technology integration in mathematics education.
