Stepanova, “Mathematical Modeling of the Technological Processes of Catering Products Production,” Journal of Food Process Engineering 43, no. 2 (2020): e13340, https://doi.org/10.1111/jfpe.13340 . The above article, published online on 11 December 2019, in Wiley Online Library ( wileyonlinelibrary.com ) has been retracted by agreement between the journal Editor‐in‐Chief, Brijesh Tiwari; and Wiley Periodicals, LLC. The retraction has been agreed upon following concerns received from a third party regarding manipulation of the peer review and publishing processes [1]. An investigation by the publisher found evidence of manipulation of the peer review process. The investigation further found scientific inconsistencies between the described methodology and the reported results, determined that the article lacks essential data and information necessary to interpret and reproduce the findings, and identified references unrelated to the subject matter of the study. As a result, the integrity and reliability of this article cannot be assured, and the article is therefore being retracted. The authors were informed of this retraction but did not respond.
