Period Relations for Theta Products and Elliptic Integral Moments

We develop a period-polynomial approach to relations among critical L-values of modular forms arising from theta products and elliptic integral moments. In particular, period relations provide a conceptual explanation for several known rational relations among moments of complete elliptic integrals that had previously been discovered through analytic or experimental methods.
