The Extended, Generalized, and Grand Riemann Hypotheses are proved under a unified framework, which is based on the general properties of L-functions, i.e., the divisibility of entire functions contained in the symmetric functional equation, where the uniqueness of zero multiplicities (although their specific values remain unknown) of a given non-zero entire function plays a critical role. Consequently, the existence of Landau-Siegel zeros is excluded, thereby confirming the Landau-Siegel zeros conjecture.
