In this paper, we are concerned with efficiency conditions and duality results for nondif ferentiable multi-objective fractional programming. Necessary conditions are established for multi-objective fractional programming in which the involved functions are locally Lipschitz. Further, the sufficient conditions are established for the considered problem under the concept of locally Lipschitz roughly B-invexity. Furthermore, the Schaible dual problem is defined for the considered multi-objective fractional programming and several duality theorems are also established under locally Lipschitz roughly B-invexity.
