This study addresses multistage transportation problems within a neutrosophic framework using single-valued trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers (SVTNNs). A score function (SF) is employed to convert the model into a crisp form, followed by a decomposition-based solution approach that preserves the structure of each stage. The proposed method integrates classical transportation techniques with large-scale optimization strategies, making it well suited for complex, real-world logistics systems. A mathematical illustration is included to exemplify the effectiveness of the approach.
