Source abstract

The following conjecture is studied. Let GG be a simple nonabelian group. If HH is any group which has the same set of character degrees as GG, then H≅G×AH \cong G \times A, where AA is abelian. In the present paper this is proved if GG is a Suzuki group on some SL(2,2f)SL(2,2^{f}).
