Source abstract
This research constructs a scale for assessing creative teaching among mathematics teachers. A sample of 351 schools, stratified with respect to gender, location and authority, was selected. The participants in this study were 1605 teachers. The Factor analysis and discriminations validity were examined. The factor analysis showed that there were five Factors. By using both McDonell's Omega and Cronbach alpha, the reliability indicated that the construction of the scale had good and acceptable values. The results also showed that the level of creative teaching among mathematics teachers was moderate. In addition, a significant difference in the means of each dimension and the total score based on gender was found in favor of male teachers.
