This work proposes the Lunet (plural: Lunets) as a fundamental spectral entity of light—a hypothesis for further investigation. We suggest that light may be neither a wave nor a quantum particle (photon), but a spectral entity that manifests as either depending on its degree of spectral coherence. The photon is proposed as a quantum manifestation (energy quantum) of the Lunet in a low-coherence state, while the wave is its high-coherence manifestation. This proposal is grounded in the ZPIF-USAC-ZZFZ framework, which derives spectral interactions from the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function. If validated, this framework could open new directions in solar energy, laser technology, medicine, quantum computing, space propulsion, and environmental technology. This is a theoretical proposal intended to stimulate discussion and further investigation.
