Non-vanishing of central values of angular Hecke $L$-functions

In this paper, we evaluate asymptotically the first and second moment of central values of the family of Hecke $L$-functions associated to angular characters over imaginary quadratic number fields of class number one. We use our results to deduce a non-vanishing result concerning these $L$-functions.
