Source abstract

Let AA and BB be two summability methods. We shall use the notation λ∈(A,B)\lambda \in(A, B) to denote the set of all sequences λ\lambda such that ∑anλn\sum\nolimits a_{n}\lambda_{n} is summable BB, whenever ∑an\sum\nolimits a_{n} is summable AA. In the present paper we characterize the sets λ∈(∣N‾,pn∣,∣T∣k)\lambda \in (|\overline{N}, p_{n}|, |T|_{k}) and λ∈(∣N‾,pn∣k,∣T∣)\lambda \in (|\overline{N}, p_{n}|_{k}, |T|), where TT is a lower triangular matrix with positive entries and row sums 11. As special cases we obtain summability factor theorems and inclusion theorems for pairs of weighted mean matrices.
