Hand-Foot-Mouth disease is one of the many diseases for which compartmentalized models are used. In this paper, we have created a mathematical model that’s injected into a new fractional order of the Hand-Foot-Mouth disease, which is found mostly in children. In this model, the total population is divided into four compartments such as susceptible individuals ([Formula: see text]), infected individuals ([Formula: see text]), vaccinated individuals ([Formula: see text]) and recovered individuals ([Formula: see text]). Caputo derivative was used as a fractional derivative. The stability analysis of the fractional order model which was created was done. By doing mathematical analysis, numerical results were obtained with the help of the Euler method and graphs were drawn. This model is a strategic tool for the formulation of effective disease control strategies. It also provides policy makers and health authorities with methodologies based on evidence that can be used to develop robust responses to infections such as hand, foot and mouth disease.
