Source abstract

Euler-Kronecker constants analogues of the Euler-Mascheroni constant for number fields. Assuming the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis for Hecke LL-functions, we obtain extreme values of Euler-Kronecker constants of abelian cubic fields. We also prove a similar result for quadratic fields.
