Source abstract
ABSTRACT For the importance of oncolytic virotherapy against tumor, we propose a tumor‐virus‐immune system with oncolytic virotherapy and two delays, where one delay denotes the time period of viral lytic cycle within infected tumor cells, the other delay denotes activation duration of CTLs (Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes) by oncolytic virus. First, we discuss the existence of equilibrium points, the positivity and boundedness of solutions of the system. Then, in absence of delays, we study Hopf bifurcation caused by infection rate of virus for tumor cells. In presence of delays, we study Hopf bifurcation caused by two delays. At last, simulations are given to support our results.
