The thesis consists of five parts. The first part presents the thesis topic, its significance, the research problem, objectives, hypotheses, and the three dimensions of the study: location, time, and human factors. The second part focuses on the methodology, including definitions and classifications of muscular strength, how to train and develop it, and how to improve the speed of executing penalties. The third part explains the research program and procedures carried out in the field, identifying and analyzing the study sample from the College of Physical Education, second stage, Health Department, where the researcher works as a faculty member at the University of Baghdad. It also covers the researcher’s experiences, pre-tests, the main experiment, post-tests, and the statistical analysis used. The fourth part presents, analyzes, and discusses the results, highlighting the method for developing penalty execution among students in the College of Physical Education. The fifth and final part outlines the conclusions and recommendations made by the researcher, focusing on the proposed training program and additional suggestions, followed by a list of references.
