Source abstract

Abstract The problem of this paper is to determine the possible circular orbits of a charged electron about a charged nucleus. From the point of view of the older theories the problem is very simple. Let the mass and charge of the nucleus be m and e, and of the electron m' and e', the masses being positive but the charges either positive or negative.
