This chapter proposes a biometric-driven mathematical framework to optimize emotional experiences within Hospitality 5.0 through neuro-tourism applications. Addressing limitations of traditional post-experience evaluation methods, the study integrates real-time biometric signals, including heart rate variability, facial emotion recognition, and gaze tracking, to model guest emotional states. A quantitative optimization function is developed to dynamically align service environments with predicted emotional responses. Using experimental design and machine learning techniques, the framework enables proactive personalization and adaptive service delivery. Findings demonstrate the potential to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and decision intelligence, contributing a novel interdisciplinary approach to data-driven, human-centric hospitality systems.
