Source abstract

We prove a conjecture of Conlon, Fox, Gunby, He, Mubayi, Suk, Verstraëte, and Yu that for a 33-graph HH, the off-diagonal Ramsey number R(H,n)R(H,n) is polynomial in nn if and only if HH is isomorphic to a subgraph of the "depth-tt iterated blowup" Bt\textsf{B}_t for an integer t≥0t\geq 0. Here, the 33-graphs Bt\textsf{B}_t are defined recursively: B0\textsf{B}_0 has one vertex, and Bt\textsf{B}_t for t≥1t\geq 1 is obtained from the disjoint union of three copies of Bt−1\textsf{B}_{t-1} by adding all transversal hyperedges.
