Source abstract

This paper is about token graphs and domination number. Let G=(X,E)G=(X,E) denote an undirected graph that is connected, with no loops or multiple edges, vertex set XX, and edge set EE. Pick a positive integer k≤∣X∣k\leq \vert X\vert. The kk-token graph of GG, denoted by Fk(G)F_k(G), is defined as follows. The vertex set X\mathcal{X} consists of all kk-subsets of XX. Two vertices x,y∈Xx,y\in \mathcal{X} are adjacent whenever the symmetric difference of xx and yy consists of two vertices that form an edge in EE. In this paper, we compute the exact value for the domination number of F2(Km,n)F_2(K_{m,n}) where Km,nK_{m,n} is the complete bipartite graph with parameters m,nm,n. We present some bounds for the domination number of Fk(Km,n)F_k(K_{m,n}) when k≥3k\geq 3.
