A new proof of Kolmogorov’s 4/5-law

Source abstract
This paper presents a proof of Kolmogorov’s 4/5-law that uses only elementary vector analysis and which thereby avoids the more intricate tensor analysis. From this proof, it is easily seen that the 4/5-law holds also for turbulence lacking reflectional symmetry. Ordinary tensor analysis is used in order to confirm this conclusion.
